We started the Janitorial / Building Maintenance division of Ultra-Clean in 1992 and have been serving the Cleaning needs of the good people of Lima OH and surrounding areas ever since. We are committed to bringing our clients the most excellent level of cleaning to their homes and businesses. We are your one-stop shop for Carpet and Floor Cleaning and Home and Commercial Maintenance services. We started the Home Remodeling / Commercial Buildouts division in 1993 and have worked on projects ranging from complete Roofing Work to Deck Building, Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels to Room Additions, Ceiling Work to all types of Flooring Installations and much more. Our owner, Darin Spencer is a Lima, OH native, born and raised. Darin has been doing Home Remodeling for all of his life! When our qualified and experienced staff are not working, they love spending quality time with their families.
